A fairly new place, organized well, had everything I needed, and I liked being able to stream a bit of Netflix; all the settings worked smoothly.

The check‑in was easy, but the AC/heater made a lot of noise.

A nice studio in the countryside yet still near Te Awamutu and Hamilton; on a main road but the noise was very low, breakfast was good, and the small treats were lovely—definitely worth another visit.

This was my third time with Rob and Iain, and I fully recommend this cozy place away from home; nothing to add.
