The Gothic Quarter location is spot on
The staff were super friendly and even helped me with a taxi to the airport
The room was clean and had a comfy bed with nice pillows
We loved the 24/7 water and coffee stations on each floor, complete with seltzer water on tap

“A character filled hotel with amazing staff in the best location. 10/10 from me”
The room was excellent, packed with inclusions and very quiet. Nothing negative.

The location is great, the quirky decor is interesting, the staff are fabulous, the lighting options are cool, and the bathroom has a smooth polished concrete floor. It’s a bit pricey, like most decent Barcelona accommodation options, and the air‑con unit made some erratic noise at night.
The hotel broke my bag while storing it before our room was ready, and they refused to take any responsibility.

The location is great! The room feels like a hostel but cramped; it’s definitely not worth 350+ euros per night, especially from far away. The staff are clueless, and the breakfast doesn’t even bring a smile. You feel like a tourist, and there’s no warm welcome.
