Every time I go to Madrid I stay here! The reception staff are always welcoming, and the location is excellent. Thanks to the reception girls, I was able to leave my belongings there while I took a few days off from Madrid, and every time I return I’ll book here again.

The location is central, yet the hotel and rooms stay quiet; I slept with the window open and heard no noise. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the fridge in the room was a nice touch on hot days. The bathroom works but feels a bit cramped, the air‑conditioning is missing so the room stays warm, and the fan is noisy for me.

Very centrally located. The room is very small and there’s a lot of noise coming from the reception.
