My overall impression of staying at Shera Inn is mixed. Positives include a good and varied breakfast and clean bedding. Negatives are the unpleasant cigarette odor in the room, the inability to adjust the air conditioner yourself, and the absence of an electric kettle. Additionally, the sound insulation is very poor – you can clearly hear everything happening in the corridor.

We recently visited Almaty and stayed at Shera Inn. It’s a good hotel, very clean, and the room has no unwanted smells, which is important for a family with a child. Breakfast is included, a standard buffet without fancy items, but you won’t go hungry. The bedding is clean, towels and bathrobes are in good condition, towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned daily. Even though our room was a luxury suite, there was no kettle, though I’m not sure if it was supposed to be there. We liked the hotel 👍🏻
