It was good value for money, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed harbour views from our balcony and the on‑site parking was safe, but we had to climb in and out of the spa to take a shower.

The location was perfect for us, but the walls were paper thin—every footstep up and down the stairs and every little outside noise could be heard, and the heat‑pump unit was very loud, so we had to switch it off at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful with a really comfortable bed, the amenities were modern and well stocked, and the location was fabulous.

The studio was comfortable and situated well within Auckland, the owners were friendly and responsive, and when a power outage happened the staff handled it very well.
