Great location. Lovely hotel. No reception but communication was excellent

Exactly as described, extremely comfortable. Everything was super clean and the materials/equipment were great. Highly recommend! The bed was so comfortable. We would book it again anytime!
The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not pleasant. There were no instructions for the modern light switches, and when we mentioned this to the hotel, the response was rude and dismissive. The staff was also abrupt when we requested an iron, and when we asked about ice, we were simply told to buy it at a store. The parking situation was especially frustrating. There were very limited directions for finding the parking area and virtually no instructions for getting your car out. At 4 a.m., my wife and I had to run around the streets trying to figure out where the hidden parking was and how to exit. The property may pride itself on touchless check-in and modern technology, but basic customer service and clear communication are still essential. Overall, despite the comfortable room, we would not stay here again

The room is modern, spacious, bright, clean, with everything needed, and the décor is very tasteful. The reception girls behaved excellently. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything; I would definitely return. No breakfast is served.
