“Ci ritornerei, prendendo la suite!”
Location – good price/quality ratio. The room walls are too thin.

Garage, cleanliness.

The building feels welcoming, staff are extremely kind and ready for any need. The on‑site restaurant is great, and the location is perfect for Campo Felice or Rocca Calascio. A bit more attention to cleanliness would help, but nothing serious, and some room details were a bit picky.

Breakfast was a bit lacking. I would increase the selection.

I was greeted warmly, and the room opened onto a terrace overlooking the village and the peaks; the breakfast was a solid mix of sweet and savory, and dining on site offered good food at very reasonable prices.
