The location is excellent, with a direct view of the Kapellbrücke. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit too expensive for our needs.

The location and the staff’s professional attitude are great. The reception area of the hotel could use improvement.

The spot is perfect, with easy walking to the train station, old town, and many historic sights. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walk, and the view from the balcony room is unbeatable. The only problem is the lack of AC, so on a hot sunny day the south‑facing balcony isn’t practical until the sun goes down. A fan was provided, but the room stayed hot until very late.
