Great location, excellent accommodation and amazing staff.

This was the 2nd time we've been, even in the exact same villa. Great size, more than adequate seating and a wonderful cosy bedroom. Great location with plenty of wildlife and not too far to Dolphin Beach, enjoyed wonderful walks along the beach. Even had a local dog we came across on one of our walks, who seemed to adopt us, following us right up to the reception area. I'd assumed his human was out surfing. They found his family. What can I say, for the cost of a three nights stay, which was nearly double of the 1st park we stayed at, I was a tad disappointed that there were no tissues nor any toiletries, which were available at all the other places we stayed at. But, it is quite possible that when we stayed the first time round, that we had tissues, hair shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash in our luggage. Probably didn't notice that these were not available

“Great location and staff but the park is simply run down”

The location was great and the staff friendly, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly: cobwebs on the window frames, leftover soap with hair on the vanity from previous guests, and the shower was extremely small.

The whole park and staff were amazing; it felt comfortable for me. My child mentioned the bunk beds weren’t comfortable, probably because he got a bit warm and couldn’t settle the first night. The humidity was a bit of a problem, but you can’t control that. Kol

“Fine for the 2 nights we stayed. Wouldn’t stay again. Too expensive for what you get.”

The pool and jumping pillow were winners with the kids, but the sheets weren’t on the beds. I’m not sure why we pay extra for kids and the beds aren’t made—cleanliness was lacking, and the windows were disgustingly filthy.
