The location above Lake Garda has a fantastic view, and the proximity to the middle station of the Monte Baldo cable car is great. The room was spacious and very comfortable (room 4 – Himmel). The breakfast was top. The beautiful sun terrace is topped by a multi-level pool and whirlpool area. It’s gorgeous, but by mid‑September it’s only suitable for hardened guests (water temperature below 20 °C). A heater would be useful during those periods.

From the first minute it felt like a vacation. The house is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and the location is dreamy. The breakfast was fabulous. I had wanted to spend a holiday there for a long time, and now my dream came true. Thank you. Everything was perfect.

Everything! Absolutely stunning! The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond for us; we’ll definitely be returning. We really didn’t want to leave this beautiful hotel.

The location is great, with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains, a nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast, and a very good restaurant (though pricey). It sits right next to the mountain railway and the staff are very friendly and speak German. The only downside is that it’s quite far from Malcesine—about 14‑15 minutes by car—and we didn’t want to drive the winding roads at night. The restaurant is also relatively expensive.
