Breakfast was great, and the people behind the reception desk were very helpful; the swimming pool was nice and the parking was convenient. The scrambled eggs, however, needed more cooking time.

This is the best hotel in its category I've stayed at; everything was perfect, and I appreciated that each floor had a free water fountain.

The staff were welcoming and kind, the location was good with a tram stop nearby, and the parking was secure. The nighttime area, including the bathroom and toilet, could use a refresh.
