Nothing good, the accommodation was awful and I will never use it again. Everything was bad: the location, the room, and at night the huge noise from the AC units in the hallways made it impossible to sleep. Rooms on the 3rd floor have no elevator, so if you bring many suitcases you have to carry them up by hand—no idea how an elderly lady manages that—and it was a terrible place. I decided to leave.

I liked the location, very central, close to everything, even my appointment at UFF. There was no breakfast, so I had to go to another place to eat before heading to the Congress I was attending.

The receptionists were attentive. The room was basic, the air‑conditioner was old, the bedding was very plain, and the price was high for such a simple stay without breakfast.
