The location is great, right near the train station. The room was clean when we received it and the small elevator helped us carry luggage up. (It’s for one person) The bathroom is a small cubicle and water leaked into the room when we showered. Reception only had staff at check‑in, after that communication had to be via WhatsApp.

The spot of this hotel tops everything else, but the shower leaked while I was bathing, so I had to dry off afterward. The room also lacked decent furniture, especially a proper closet for clothes or luggage.

The location was great, close to Roma Termini and plenty of eateries, but the street was fairly noisy, so you could hear sounds at night.
