The welcome was superb and the location great! The only downside was the lack of heating; it was cool at night, but we had very thick blankets that let us sleep well anyway.

We were greeted warmly by the owners, staff, and locals who come to the bar to watch Premier League football. The rondavel was cozy and snug, and the food—especially the reasonably priced beef curry in the evening and the breakfast (I judge breakfast by sausage quality!)—was good and offered great value. The views from the rondavel and from the deck where we ate breakfast were lovely. The only drawback: we only stayed one night.

It was really cool. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the owner and worker were super nice. The room was super cute. It had a very steep car access.
