“Frustration”
The spot was decent but a bit misleading – we thought it’d be nearer to the old town Parker. Parking was a nightmare; we had to use a nearby business lot and walk to the hotel because there were no designated spots for guests, and the restaurants were full of cars. When we got there, our car got rear‑ended in the loading zone while we were unpacking. Hot water was a problem: the first morning we got a lukewarm shower, the next morning it was cold. The front desk offered no fixes, just said they’d look into it and suggested turning the sink and shower on at the same time. Another guest asked if someone had been called to fix it, and the staff said no. The building is pretty, the bed is comfy, and free coffee is good, but the parking woes and lack of hot water ruin the positives.
