The location was excellent and the staff were responsive.

The location was very good, close to the Vatican and within walking distance of other sights. The staff were very nice. The photos shown online don’t match the facilities; the room was very dark and not very comfortable for a child, and the bathroom was larger than the room.

The location is great, the balcony view is nice, the staff were helpful, and I could check in remotely. However, the photos don’t reflect the real condition of the room – the walls are dirty and the furniture is worn out.
