The owner or landlord was very friendly and accommodating, the kids had a great time, and the people who run it are truly kindhearted—nothing to say about the price‑performance: four days for 275 euros with end‑cleaning are perfectly fine; I was there just to sleep with the kids, so thanks again for the stay. Best wishes from Aachen. The shower was inconsistent, the instant‑hot water sometimes cold, sometimes hot, but otherwise everything was fine.

The beds and the contact were great, and the booking process was smooth and accommodating. The bathroom had no heating and there was no door between the rooms.

Nothing at all! The furnishings, cleanliness, equipment, and smell were terrible. The apartment feels like a construction site and needs renovation.
