“Nice break”
The location was great, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived.
“One of the best hotels in all aspects”
The support from everyone, especially Mr. Saud at reception, was excellent; he welcomed us warmly and provided all the assistance we needed during our stay. No complaints.

We enjoyed a light lunch and a well-presented breakfast the next morning. The manager, Mr Dexter De Luna, came to apologise for forgetting to prepare our room for my wife's birthday. The lunch we ordered was "on the house", which I thought was thoughtful and appreciated. The room wasn't prepared for my wife's 60th birthday, even though I reminded the hotel by email, and they acknowledged it
