The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, not all the dishes from the menu were available for breakfast and dinner. It was a bit of a letdown when I asked the housekeeping to clean my room and they seemed hesitant to do so. On the other hand, the staff were incredibly helpful and made up for the other issues.

The generously-sized room with huge windows and breathtaking views of the lagoon and volcano was a real treat, and the well-tended gardens were a haven for birdwatchers. However, the staff's inexperience and lack of training were evident, and the tiny breakfast spread was a disappointment. To make matters worse, the room wasn't serviced during my entire stay, and the owner's awkward attempts to cut costs in front of guests were cringe-worthy.

The hotel staff were super friendly and attentive, which made a big difference in my stay. The cleanliness of the room and the view from the window were also top-notch. However, what would've made this place truly special was some more options for decorations, especially for couples like me who were planning a proposal. Unfortunately, they didn't have any of those, which was a bit of a letdown.
