The front desk staff were zero. Despite the double glazing, the street noise was loud, the early‑morning trash collection was noisy.

Excellent breakfast. A big plus: the kettle in the room, something many hotels stopped offering after Covid.

The staff welcomed us warmly, everyone was friendly including the cleaning crew, and the general vibe was upbeat with helpful info about nearby restaurants. Breakfast was flawless – everything was nicely presented and delicious. If I’m not staying with family, I’ll come back. Thanks for everything. I do think the bathroom could use a small shelf for toiletries; the desk area is fine for travelers, but a couple would appreciate a chair instead of having to sit on the bed. It’s a minor point, just a suggestion for you. Looking forward to seeing you again.

“Den personlige service betyder alt.”

This older hotel has charm. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, smiling, and service‑oriented. All facilities were in order, neat and tidy. The egg cooker at the breakfast buffet was a clear plus. We definitely recommend this hotel to others.
