The hospitality was great, people were very friendly and understanding, nothing was wrong, everything was fine.
The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Service was solid and everything ran smoothly, so I had no complaints.
The receptionist was really kind and helpful, which set a good tone for the stay. The downside is that the place is a bit out of the way and there’s no breakfast or restaurants close by.
“TV nd internet connectivity changed my stay”
I liked the spot of the hotel, but the TV was broken and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.
“Fair”
The hotel itself is pretty quiet, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the smell drifting over from the nearby BMC made the location less appealing.
