“Good for a short stay”
We liked the room design, but the room itself was a bit smaller than we imagined. It's well located and close to downtown. I believe it's a bit overpriced for what it is

Located less than a mile from Bend city centre and 30 minutes' drive from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, the Campfire Hotel features free WiFi in all guest rooms, cable TV, and small refrigerators for convenience. The bed was super comfy and the staff were helpful. On the downside, the rooms were poorly lit, the shower was in the toilet (or the reverse), and there was no privacy.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was nice, and the location worked well. However, the spa jets barely worked and the price felt high because they didn't offer a continental breakfast.

It was such a fun, creative place to stay! I loved the real campfire, the location, and the whole vibe. The only downside was that I had to go home.

The amenities were consistent and reliable, the rooms stayed very clean, and the absence of carpet made it feel cleaner and better for allergies. A taco truck and a coffee truck were available in the morning, and it stayed pretty quiet even though there were lots of people and families mid‑week. The only issue was not enough parking when returning late from a concert, though street parking nearby was close enough.
