The location is nice, close to major attractions. The staff are pleasant, the food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The rooms need updating: the floor creaks, the door handles are in bad condition, and the TV isn’t working. When booking a two‑person room, breakfast is included for only one person; the other must pay extra.

Everything was great: the staff were wonderful, the food delicious, it felt very warm, and the location is cozy even though it’s 30 minutes to Yaremche. It’s a shame that in a double room only one breakfast is included. I recommend the semi‑lux; the standard room is basically trash.

I booked a double room with breakfast included, but here they only provided one breakfast for two people. The staff insisted that this was the rule and didn’t comply, so one person had to eat while the other was left empty. This is unacceptable.

A quiet spot near the forest, the building is decent. Cleaning is regular, food is tasty. The mattresses are still from Soviet times. I booked a room with two single beds, but they somehow moved them and combined them into a double, putting a foam between the mattresses and covering it with a mattress protector to hide it. It feels like the mattresses are in short supply. The breakfast situation seems deceptive: you book a two‑person room but breakfast is only for one person. Either include breakfast for all guests or exclude it entirely.

The staff and owners are very nice. The breakfasts are incredible, and you can also order lunch with dinner. The renovation is needed.
