The room I stayed in had no working air conditioning and was very small; the bathroom box was also tiny; after that they swapped me for a larger room with functioning air conditioning.

The minibar was stocked and great; we arrived at night and there was only one person at reception with many guests to attend, who was diligent, quick, and attentive, but it would help to have another staff member.

The location and comfort were good, but we ran into issues with the door key on some rooms, which forced us to change floors and go to reception to open the door; overall it wasn’t that pleasant.

The staff were good, but the double bed was actually two single mattresses.

The room was spacious and clean; the staff were friendly and I was greeted with a smile; breakfast was good; I have nothing to complain about.
