The breakfast arrived too late, but otherwise the place was fine. The booking site was confusing, there was no clear policy, and the description missed details like the coffee corner. The room had minor cleanliness issues and the TV had limited channel options.

Nie mam ogólnie uwag co do obsługi i samego miejsca. Smaczne i ładnie podana śniadania. Panie w barze bardzo pomocne. Pokój ładny i ogólnie czysty. Pająki w pokoju (pokój bardzo wysoki i samodzielne pozbycie się intruza było niemożliwe) i ograniczona możliwość wyjazdu/wjazdu do obiektu po godz. 22:00. Wysoka cena śniadań

The hotel is excellently situated in the heart of Augustów, right next to the canal. It’s surrounded by greenery, with plenty of flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass all kept in immaculate order. There’s a pond where you can eat on a pier. The interior of the restaurant is stunning, and at night everything is beautifully lit. At the same time it’s quiet and peaceful. The place is very clean. The staff are friendly, warm, and smiling. The food is delicious, the breakfasts are excellent, and the products are always fresh and top quality. You can feel that both the owners and the staff put a lot of heart into making guests’ stays as successful as possible. Everything was very pleasing to us.
