It was close to where I needed to go, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was on the ground floor facing the street with no soundproofing, making it hard to sleep. The other rooms might be fine, but mine definitely wasn’t. I left after the second night out of the five I had booked.

Everything was perfect for my needs. I had a work event that evening and just needed a place to stay the night. Communication and instructions for accessing the property were flawless. It was quiet, and I slept well.

Overall a poor experience. The bed was uncomfortable, the street was noisy, the shared bathroom wasn’t clean, and no towels were provided. There was no mirror in either the room or the bathroom, and Wi‑Fi was almost nonexistent. Not recommended.

The place was clean, tidy, and had everything needed for a good sleep: a good bed, clean bedding, and I slept well. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when I had a last‑minute booking after two other places were overbooked. The only downside was the lack of a microwave and a room number on the door, which would make it easier to find your room the first time around; the owner did explain everything over the phone.
