It’s close to where I’m booked, but the passage wasn’t cleaned and the drink selection was thin.

I liked the amenities, yet none were clean—rooms, common areas, facilities, and outdoor spaces all filthy, and the customer service was awful.

The restaurant’s food was great value with excellent service, but the walls need fresh paint, the foyer needs a good vacuum, the dust is a problem for my allergies, and the room required a deep clean; otherwise, the location and staff are friendly.

convenient location to the event i was attending. bathroom wasn't good. struggled with using showerhead which was broken. The room floor had a sound when walking over. there was no fridge in the room. Uber was not allowed into the premises putting our lives at risk by dropping us at the gate
