“Great location but needs upgrading”
The location is fine, the kitchen is well equipped, and there’s a games room and dining area. The place feels warm and relatively cozy at night. However, it’s tired and needs a serious upgrade. It’s very dusty, especially the sofa and cushions, and one party member kept sneezing. The interior windows are filthy, the bathroom paint is shabby and needs repainting, and there are old cobwebs everywhere. The old Hi‑Fi in the living room corner has paint splatters, and the TV screen is dirty. With all that, it doesn’t seem like good value for money.
