The staff, especially the owner and the manager, are exceptionally kind and helpful. Finding the place was a bit difficult.

We consider the stay at the hotel very successful. The view from the room of the pyramids was simply brilliant, and that frame alone makes it worth visiting! The service was a plus – everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only glitch was the breakfast on the first day, which didn’t look at all as it should have. Fortunately, after our intervention the staff reacted quickly and in the following days everything was in top shape. Despite that small hiccup at the start, we sincerely recommend this place for a stay in Giza!

Staying at Atlantis Pyramids Inn was an incredible experience, one that leaves a lasting impression because of the enviable location and the warmth of the welcome. If you’re looking for a place where you feel at home with a royal view, this is the right spot. The absolute highlight is the stunning view of the Pyramids. Being able to admire the Giza Plateau directly from the hotel, perhaps at sunset or the early dawn, is worth the ticket price alone. It’s a privileged position that takes your breath away. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. They were extremely available and kind, ready to solve every need with a smile: the airport transfer service was punctual and very convenient, eliminating any stress upon arrival; a generous and delicious breakfast. I appreciated the option to request it based on personal preferences. The hotel is in an area easily reachable by taxi, allowing easy travel to Cairo’s center or other attractions without logistical difficulties. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the mosquito net was broken and opened/closed with difficulty. I felt the lack of a small fridge inside the room and a television. The bathroom door closed by itself. The bins were never emptied, towels were never changed, and the bed linens were never made or replaced.

The hotel staff, their information, friendliness, the view, breakfast. The traffic noise, the tour prices are a bit expensive plus the 5% tax when paying with a credit card, and the room and bathroom spaces are a bit limited.
