“Terrible hotel , Nightmare”

Nothing good. The hotel was bad, the room was dirty, and the home service was poor.

I arrived around midnight, but the room was comfortable and warm, so I slept very well. After a nice breakfast, I started my day feeling good and continued my journey

The location of the hotel pleased us. First of all we received a much smaller room than we had booked. Water, coffee, and tea were missing. Despite that we paid. They did not bring them. The ratio of used furniture to materials was not aligned. The interior finish was not good. I took photos of all defective items and unhygienic materials. The room's finish was very low. In my view the layout was even unsafe. I would like to give constructive criticism so that improvements can be made. I would like to explain in detail with photos. We have stayed in many Dedeman locations in different places. This Van/Edremit location was far below the standard we know. I hope this information will be taken into account.

The location was very good. The hotel was still under construction. Before the rooms, raw iron had to be removed. Everywhere there were still traces of construction work. Breakfast did not match what we expect from a Dedeman Hotel. No recommendation! I would like to receive a refund for part of my paid rate. A commotion and a fight broke out outside our door, where an invited group of graduates chased each other and even became physical. We were afraid for our families. We would have expected at least an apology from the hotel for the inconvenience! No recommendation!

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing else to add.
