Being close to the highway entrance was a plus.

I checked in at night, so the parking lot was full, but the staff kindly showed me an available spot. I had previously stayed at Route Inn Hikone and set up Wi‑Fi there, so when I opened my PC in Matsumoto it connected automatically, but the Wi‑Fi was outdated and the PC warned me about security, so I hesitated to use it and would like it updated regularly.

The place was clean and the breakfast tasted good, but after checking in and coming back from dinner, I found no parking space inside the property and had to park outside the designated area.

The staff were very courteous, but the pillows didn't suit my preference.

The staff were kind, but I didn't like the smell of the bedding.
