All the staff were highly qualified and attentive. We had a wonderful two‑night stay. The rooms were beautiful, cleanliness was 10/10, the food was exquisite, the building’s architecture was admirable, the warm pool was ample for adults and small children, the terrace was lovely, and the location was excellent—between the Latin American tower and the Zócalo, just a 5‑minute walk to either, yet far enough from noise. At night it gets cold, but the air‑conditioner also works as a heater, and the receptionist helped me adjust it remotely. Excellent stay 👌 thanks for everything! Absolutely everything pleased us.

The location is ideal, and staying here after the Mexico City marathon was more than perfect. The food and drinks on the terrace are a bit pricey for my taste.
