The staff, particularly Claudia and Daniel, were incredibly kind and always willing to lend a hand. The location is great, close to the Eagle's Nest and within walking distance to the city center. The street is quiet, making it easy to sleep at night. I was also impressed with how the staff went out of their way to help me retrieve a forgotten item - really made my stay special.

The complex is nicely located and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Everything matched up with what we agreed on beforehand, so no complaints there. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay.
