I was in a hurry and needed to check in early, so I asked the owner and they did everything possible to accommodate me, and the location was spot on for everything I had to visit.

They let me book even though I'm a local, but the building looked a bit sketchy from the outside.

I paid and the money vanished in seconds, yet no room was ever given; the manager was rude, blamed the bookings, and vaguely promised a refund in 1-2 weeks—totally illegal.
