The view from the hotel and the room quality were good, but if you like hosts who make up rules on the fly and try to evict you for no reason, this is your place. The key‑handing process was unclear, the AC was broken, and the shower cabin had doors that didn’t work. The “Pets Allowed” sign was fake; no size limits were listed on Booking, yet they suddenly invented an “under 5kg” rule. The owner personally saw our dog, petted it, and had zero objections, but the manager… Our dog barked briefly before 5 PM, and the next day the manager sent a chat demanding we leave immediately. Their own quiet hours are 8 PM‑8 AM, which we never violated. I asked three separate times for a printed eTurista and was ignored. Kicking guests out based on fake rules while ignoring basic legal host duties is a disgrace.

Upon arrival, I was told the apartment was occupied and we could go to a hotel owned by the same person, but there were only four beds instead of five.

It was at the city’s edge, and you had to ask for anything, which is normal in other apartments. The staff were puritanical in a bad way. I can’t even finish listing what was wrong with this place.
