I was double‑charged for the deposit fee and still haven’t been refunded after three weeks; I’ve called and emailed several times but received no reply.

The only thing we liked was the location, close to a bit of everything in town, and the breakfast was decent—just a standard hotel spread. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly; when we tried to call the front desk we discovered there was only a phone in the room, no cords, and the phone itself was filthy. The room was overall unclean. We had called ahead to confirm the hot tub was working, but after paying we were told it was not operational. The beds felt as hard as a rock.
