Room is clean and comfortable. Good location.

A lot of restaurants and shops are within walking distance, which is great. However, we paid for our room online before arriving and the front desk staff couldn't speak any English at all, forcing us to use his phone to translate. He insisted we hadn't paid online even though we had a confirmation number, and it took more than four hours with a 15‑year‑old, a 7‑year‑old, and a one‑week‑old baby before the manager/owner finally showed up and found the payment details. It was very frustrating.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The facilities are terrible: the sheets smelled like dust, the furniture was heavily worn, the bathroom looked badly deteriorated, and breakfast was bad.

The breakfast was sparse. The room had a musty smell, the beds felt damp, and the shower was unpleasant to look at.
