“Wouldn’t stay there again”

“Dirty and unhygienic, staff is very difficult to reach. Don’t recommend.”
This was the single worst experience i have had in 3 months of backpacking through asia. Upon arrival there was no staff member to be seen. After 20 minutes searching, one of the guests staying there gave me a phonenumber to reach. After calling that and asking to be checked in, she told me to send a screenshot of . After a while she sent me a message, directing me to another place, 10 minutes of walking from the adres , we arrived in a dirty alley and were directed through a gate and found the room. My partner and i booked two beds. One of the beds was also appointed to an equally confused bloke who arrived simultaniously. Still no staff member in sight and had to resolve the situation by messaging the lady on whatsapp. The room with the beds in has a strange kitchen next to the beds. Shower and toilet are horrible and dirty crammed under a set of stairs. The room smells of sweat and moisture. My bed was still dirty, hair and sand in it. There was no pillow and underneath the bedding, was the old dirty bedding of the previous Guest! when checking out we also had to call the lady, she said just leave the money in the locker. only after asking for change a staff member came
