The place was clean and had parking. The front door didn’t block outside noise or light, and the bathroom door didn’t close. In the shower only the shower head worked, and there was no detergent or shampoo. No one answered the listed phone number, so we had to wait until 18:00 to get the room. The Wi‑Fi password given after my request was wrong, and the phones in the apartment didn’t work.

The location and free parking in front of the house were good. The lack of love, the dirty coffee machine, only 2 brioches for three people over three days, and no shower soap. Overall okay but just enough.

“Viaggio in famiglia”

Unfortunately we couldn’t enter the property, it was impossible to reach the owners after a 2‑hour wait, and after the indicated check‑in time I contacted the booking customer support center which, after verifying the issue, arranged a refund and alternative accommodation. The owners only contacted me after the support had cancelled the booking at the property. They apologized for the incident, but it was too late, especially with almost 40 degrees and two children—it was truly a nightmare. This review does not judge the property because we never entered; it’s just to ensure greater attention to reservations.

“Prima appartement”

The contact with the landlord was very pleasant. The apartment’s location was convenient, close to the center (but that also had its downside, see below). The apartment was otherwise well equipped. The bed upstairs was fine. The sofa bed was hard and squeaked a lot. The noise was terrible. Because the center and eateries were close, it got noisy on the street at night. The accommodation isn’t insulated, so it felt like you were in the middle of the street in bed. Another door would make a big difference in terms of sound in the apartment.
