The room was clean and a decent size, but it lacked a fridge. Parking is available on a first‑come, first‑serve basis along the road, and you pay through the Park@Perak app.
“inflexible room allocation was disappointing”
I booked two rooms together and asked for them to be next to each other, but the hotel refused, saying the system decides room allocation. That’s frustrating and feels very impersonal. When you book rooms together, a simple side‑by‑side request should be considered. The process feels rigid and lacking basic guest consideration.
