We were happy to find ourselves in the middle of nature, exactly what we wanted! The lady who was there tried to help despite the language barrier. However, there was no personal presence for communicating with the host about the surroundings, which was our first time in Norway. We also had to deal with extra charges taken from us during booking, and we needed to communicate in English during our stay, which was essential. We were told to ask the neighbour if we needed anything, which was inconvenient. We felt completely helpless.
