The wi‑fi is very slow and the reception is poor.

Nobody spoke English; the toilet was wobbly and hanging off the floor, and the shower taps were falling apart. Transients kept coming in and out, wandering the parking lot and near the entrance.

The lunch was always good, but the TV had no signal and there was a lot of noise between rooms; more acoustic insulation is needed.
