The apartment is centrally located in the medieval part of Saint Valery, very clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished with plenty of pictures, a sofa, side table, and a bathroom with a large shower. There was no TV (which we didn’t need) and the Wi‑Fi was good. Even though there are some complaints, the breakfast was extraordinary: first of all, it did not match the picture at all – every day six slices of grey bread. Celery‑apple juice tasted awful – maybe a matter of taste. There was a small glass of chocolate mousse, a kind of fresh cheese or a soft‑boiled egg. We stayed for five days, each morning the same, unless butter or cereal was forgotten. No croissant, no fruit, no cheese, no yogurt, no ham… We chose this place mainly because it offers breakfast, which was very disappointing: for a price of almost 200 €, that is, in my opinion, unacceptable. We then bought our own cheese and jam. On top of that, the breakfast is always served outside (because of construction), so in September at 15 °C you need a thick jacket. The stairwell is very, very narrow and steep. There are no parking spaces at the house and you have to look nearby. The host’s feedback via WhatsApp is still pending.

The breakfasts were exceptional! They came in small baskets, featured fresh products, and the homemade fruit juices changed daily. There were also little cakes to take away if you didn’t eat them on site. Truly very generous.

The service, especially Alexander’s welcoming and professional attitude, was outstanding. The organic breakfast was also fresh, hearty, and tasty. Additionally, the accommodation was ideally located in the medieval quarter of Saint-Valery. No major flaws.
