“Eccezzionale”

The accommodation, close to the Dante metro station in a quiet alley away from Napoli’s bustle, is very convenient for exploring the historic center and reaching all points of interest. The rooms are truly beautiful, spacious, and the bathrooms are simply stunning. The owner is helpful and very kind. Everything was perfect.

Great location. The staff are super friendly. The room is very large and spacious. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable.

The place is surprisingly peaceful for such a central location. I only saw the staff briefly in the morning, but they were friendly and spoke good English. After noon it seemed the hotel was unstaffed, though I could reach them by phone. The rooms were tidied daily, with fresh tea bags and water provided. I stayed in the single room (Chiara); the shower cubicle felt a bit tight for my size, but the water pressure and temperature were great. Basic but worth the price and a lovely, homely spot. The bathroom was a bit too small, definitely only for single occupancy.
