The hospitality was beyond limits, maximum availability, a location worthy of 11 and praise, spacious rooms with great equipment, a well-equipped kitchenette, a fridge that earns 11 and praise, absolute tranquility! If I could give 20 and praise, I would.

We spent two weeks here, enjoying a great spot just a few kilometres from Marina di Campo’s centre. The room offered the basics – a stovetop, fridge/freezer, air‑conditioning, coffee machine – and every morning the friendly, welcoming owner restocked breakfast and gave us tips on everything the island has to offer. Towels, both small and large, were swapped out every two days. Outside our room there was a tiny covered balcony and another open area.

I really liked the place—quiet, surrounded by nature, with all the comforts needed for a comfortable, peaceful holiday. The staff were extremely kind, and the room was cleaned every morning. It’s very close to the village, the beach, and the Conad supermarket.

Excellent property. Quiet and spotless. Very convenient to points of interest—both beaches and shopping centers. It’s a great spot for a final holiday, with a nice place for a barbecue on the island. Thank you for everything; we’re more than satisfied and will happily return. See you next time!
