“Everything was good except housekeeping”
The location, furniture, and private entrance were good. The shampoo sachets were too small, so bring your own. Housekeeping didn’t change the bed linens. I left wet clothes on the towel rack while doing laundry, and when I returned, they were on the toilet. Why not leave them as they were?
“Loved it.”
Emily was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The property is simple, yet very clean and comfortable.
“You get a lot of value for the room cost, and super helpful and friendly staff”
The newly renovated rooms were nice, the size was good, and the internet was great. Nothing negative to say.
“Great stay and really good price. Very nice staff”
The staff and location were great, the room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The air conditioner worked, but it’s old and noisy.
“Comfortable motel in Swan River”
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the AC worked very well, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the little extras such as bottles of water, packages with cotton pads, Q‑tips, and dental floss picks. The shower had good water pressure, but many of the nozzles on the shower head were plugged, so water flow was not great.
