Parking was easy to find, and once they located our reservation, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge and healthy, perfect for a big appetite. However, they initially didn’t know about our booking, which was confusing since the hotel seemed to cater only to Egyptians; it took a while to sort it out. The shower was hot but in poor condition.

The service was excellent, pleasant, and very helpful, and they recommended a local restaurant and some trips. The only downside was the morning roar from the railway station.

The breakfast was the best on our 10‑night trip, each night staying in a different hotel. The noise from the train station was loud, and communicating in English was difficult.

Rooms were clean enough and the staff friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. The price felt high for the quality of the room, and the cutlery and plates at breakfast weren’t very clean.
