The place had no lift, windmills were noisy, the linen was dirty, there was no reception desk, and the basin was too small.

The rooms were good, the climate was nice, cleaning was good, the building looked good, and the staff were cooperative, but there was no lunch or dinner service, no handwash or kettle for hot water, no AC, the glasses were plastic instead of glass, the basin was too small, there were no hungers, the drawer lacked a lock and should be given to Alhmara, a cloth dryer stand for wet clothes was needed, a directions display board should be set up, a big board with the hotel name should be installed in front of the building, a dressing table should be provided in the room, the grass should be cut to protect from insects, a fountain with a statue should be installed in front of the gate, and for security a wire fence on the wall should be built up.
