“Disgusted.”
Location. The staff and management team charged me twice for my 3 night stay and charged me incorrect prices - did nit refund me the money and made the rest of my stay in Hawaii very stressful. Instead of my accomodation costing $1700 AUD the Residence Inn team charged me $4500. So unacceptable and still wishing for a refund
“Fantastic place, highly recommend!”
We loved everything about the stay: the room, pool, laundry, gym, and location; the views are breathtaking, the staff are friendly, and early check‑in was possible; the best part is that you don’t have to fight for a pool spot; the only shortcoming is the lack of a lunch restaurant by the pool, though there are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby.

The location was good for a peaceful getaway, though some parts felt a bit dated.
The rooms were a good size, but the cleanliness, location, and breakfast left something to be desired.
The apartment was nice with a pool, and there weren't many people around. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a variety of options and fresh fruit, and clean water was available for drinking. Everything was satisfactory.
