“Budget stay”

The hotel is located nicely close to the Sai mandir, you can easily walk to the mandir. The staff were very nice and humble. We booked the family room which was quite spacious with 2 double beds. The restaurant menu displayed many food options but when we asked to order many things were not available. Also the breakfast was not served as a buffet which we did not expect

“Happy to have had a good nights rest and wonderful darshan.”

Very courteous staff. The room was quiet as Shirdi is hustling bustling all the time - this was important for us to relax well after a very long journey. The lady manager at breakfast was very warm and accommodating. The hotel has many hotel school young interns who are working and learning - doing a great job. The hotel has a nice warm welcoming feeling. The team also connected with me a day prior to ask what time we will arrive and were in seamless contact. I had a room with 2 king beds as my sister was supposed to join me, but then she cancelled. I could not downgrade to a normal room or get refund as the rooms were prepaid. On the night just before sleeping, I noticed food stains on one of the beds and it seems like the sheets had not been cleaned. I was lucky as there was another bed available and I could settle in. The bathroom amenities are all labelled shampoo. The towels could have been more cleaner and whiter. I anyway carried my own

The breakfast had decent food, and the rooms were clean, but the AC didn’t cool to the maximum and there was no pickup or drop‑off service.
